We do not collect or store full payment card numbers on our website. Payments are processed in person or through third-party payment processors subject to their own terms and privacy practices.

• Respond to your inquiries, quote requests, and appointment requests
• Schedule and conduct consultations, measurements, and installations
• Prepare quotes, process orders, and provide customer service
• Send you order status, appointment, and installation updates
• Register warranties and submit manufacturer rebate claims on your behalf

4.1 How We Use Your Mobile Number

4.2 No Sharing of Mobile Opt-In Data

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS consent information with any third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties for marketing purposes. We share this information only with the service providers and subcontractors that operate our messaging and customer service systems on our behalf — for example, our CRM and messaging platform providers — and only so that they can deliver those services to us. Those providers are contractually restricted from using your information for their own purposes.

4.3 Consent and Opt-Out

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service from DLUX.

You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. You will receive a single confirmation message and will not receive further texts unless you opt back in. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us using the details in Section 15.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. How We Share Information

We share information only as described below. We do not sell your personal information.

• Service providers — website hosting, form processing, CRM and lead management, text and chat messaging, email delivery, analytics, advertising, scheduling, and payment processing
• Manufacturers and suppliers — Hunter Douglas and other suppliers, to fulfill orders, register warranties, and process rebate claims
• Installers and subcontractors — independent installers and measurement technicians, to complete your project
• Professional advisors — attorneys, accountants, and insurers, as needed
• Legal and safety — where required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of DLUX, our customers, or the public
• Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets

Service providers are permitted to use your information only to perform services for us.

6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies for the following purposes:

• Strictly necessary — enabling core site functions, security, and form submission
• Analytics — understanding how visitors find and use our site
• Advertising — measuring ad performance and, where permitted, showing you relevant ads

• Order, warranty, and installation records — retained for the life of the applicable product warranty and as required for tax, accounting, and legal purposes
• Marketing contact records — retained until you unsubscribe or opt out, plus a reasonable period to honor your opt-out
• Website analytics data — retained according to the settings of our analytics providers

We delete or de-identify information when it is no longer needed, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

9. Security

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send sensitive information such as financial account numbers or government identification numbers through our website forms, chat, email, or text.

• Email marketing — click the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or contact us
• Text messages — reply STOP to any text message from us
• Phone calls — ask us to remove you from our call list
• Cookies — use our consent banner or your browser settings
• Access, correction, or deletion — contact us using the details in Section 15 and we will respond as described in Section 11

Note that even if you opt out of marketing, we may still contact you about an active quote, order, appointment, or warranty matter.

11. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights. To the extent these laws apply to us, we honor them.

11.1 California Residents

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (“CCPA/CPRA”), California residents may have the right to:

• Know the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected, the sources, our purposes, and the categories of third parties to whom we disclose it
• Delete personal information we have collected, subject to legal exceptions
• Correct inaccurate personal information
• Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and of targeted advertising
• Limit use and disclosure of sensitive personal information
• Non-discrimination for exercising these rights

We do not sell personal information and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined by the CCPA.

Categories of personal information we collect, using CCPA categories: identifiers; customer records information; commercial information; internet or network activity information; geolocation data; audio, visual, or similar information (such as project photographs and recorded calls where disclosed); and inferences drawn from the above.

To exercise a right, contact us using the details in Section 15. We will verify your request using the information we already hold about you. You may use an authorized agent, who must provide proof of authorization. We aim to respond within 45 days and may extend by an additional 45 days with notice.

California’s “Shine the Light” law (Civil Code § 1798.83) permits California residents to request information about disclosures of personal information to third parties for direct marketing purposes. We do not make such disclosures.

11.2 Nevada Residents

Nevada residents may submit a verified request directing us not to sell certain “covered information” as defined by NRS 603A.340. We do not sell covered information. To submit a request, contact us using the details in Section 15.

11.3 All Other Visitors

Regardless of where you live, you may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information we hold about you, and we will consider your request in good faith.

12. Children’s Privacy

Our website and services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

We are working to make our website accessible to all visitors. If you have difficulty accessing any part of our website or this Policy, contact us and we will provide the information in an alternative format.
